Structural clinical decision framework
Facial Integrity Scale™ · FIS™
Understanding facial aging before treating it.
What it organizes
Understanding the face before defining a strategy.
FIS™ is a proposed structural clinical decision framework, developed within Aesthetic Integrity™. Its purpose is to organize the assessment of several factors systematically before defining a therapeutic strategy.
What it does not classify
It does not classify beauty. · It does not prescribe procedures. · It does not replace clinical judgment.
The Facial Integrity Scale™ (FIS™) is a proposed clinical framework, currently under academic development, derived from structured clinical observation. It is not yet a clinically validated scale, nor does it replace individual medical judgment.
The central question
What is the sufficient intervention to improve a face without compromising what makes it recognizable?
An evaluation that is ordered and explained.
In practice, for you this means a clear structural evaluation — not a hurried decision.
