Structural Facial Rejuvenation
More treatments do not necessarily mean a better result.
Otolaryngologist · Facial plastic surgeon · More than 35 years devoted to the face
Minimally invasive treatments can be very useful when they are used as part of a diagnosis —not as procedures that accumulate. The question is not how many can be performed, but which ones that face truly needs, in what sequence and over how long.
Sequence, not accumulation
It is not about accumulating treatments, but about sequencing decisions.
Each treatment has a purpose and a moment. Adding procedures without a plan can move a face away from its identity instead of rejuvenating it. The judgment lies in deciding what to do, in what order and when to stop —which connects directly with Aesthetic Integrity™.
Tools, according to indication
Resources selected by diagnosis.
When they are indicated, the practice integrates different resources. None is applied by default: they are chosen according to the structural stage and the goals of each person.
The limits of the non-surgical approach
When the change is structural, surgery has its place.
Non-surgical treatments do not replace surgery when what has changed is tissue support. Recognizing that limit is part of the judgment: trying to resolve a structural problem with volume or energy can worsen the proportion. In those cases, a facelift or a neck lift may be the correct indication.
The question is not how much can be done, but what that face truly needs.

Clinical cases
The result is built with judgment, not with quantity.
A selection of clinical cases and their outcomes.
Clinical criterion
Therapeutic restraint and planning.
In Aesthetic Integrity™, non-surgical rejuvenation is thought of over the long term: structural diagnosis, proportion, preservation of identity, therapeutic restraint and longitudinal planning. The Facial Integrity Scale™ (FIS™) helps to order what is appropriate and when, avoiding accumulation.
