Rejuvenation is not transformation

Rejuvenation and transformation are not the same. Transformation changes the features; rejuvenation returns to the face a more rested version of itself, without altering what makes it recognizable.

A good result does not draw attention to the surgery. It restores support, proportion and continuity —what time had gradually taken away— while preserving identity: the gaze, the expression, the small gestures that keep a person recognizably themselves.

This is the principle of Aesthetic Integrity™: the best intervention is not the one that changes the most, but the one that respects the architecture unique to each face. To rejuvenate without losing identity is not an aesthetic limitation; it is the goal.
